If you could feel better, why wouldn't you?

Change can be hard. We often need support for creating meaningful change in our lives. I’d like to help you with that.

I help people change how they feel in their body so that they can show up differently in their lives.

What I Offer

01.

Nutrition

Change the way you care for yourself with food. I offer personalized support that helps you learn about the bio-individuality of your nutrition needs and body preferences. I conduct a thorough assessment and collaboratively we then develop a support strategy for change towards your goals.

You would pick this if you need

· more energy and feel tired

· struggle with bloating, gas, IBS, diarrhea or constipation

· have joint or muscle pain

· unsure which foods work best for your body

02.

Movement

What we do will change from session to session. I lead you through strength, recovery, and self-care techniques. We will use breath and mindfulness to explore how to feel and move better, customized to your goals.

People choose to come when they

· feel tense

· have a tight body

· losing muscle mass

· need accountability with movement

03.

RESTART Program

Part nutritional education, part sugar detox, part support group. The RESTART Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar and processed foods. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, the program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy, reduce inflammation, and get rid of sugar and carb cravings. Discover how good you can feel!

04.

Group Yoga Classes

I teach two public yoga classes on Fridays, Hot 60 at 12:15 pm, and Hot Yin Yang at 2:00 pm at Inversion Yoga in Jackson, WY.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

About me

Hello! I'm Natasha

I’m an Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, and MELT Instructor.

I support people’s health and wellbeing journey. I am working to create a culture shift towards self-care, rather than burning out. A realigning towards a more humane way of being. Finding more balance rather than depletion.
