Hello, I'm Natasha

I work with people who are committed to showing up. Deep change happens through commitment.

It is exciting when people change their lives. Through changing how you feel in your body, you can show up in your life differently.

Growing up I was fully indoctrinated in the low fat craze. I based many of my “food” choices on the fat grams found on the nutritional label. In addition I was addicted to sugar. Since sugar has no fat, I often would eat packages of licorice instead of food.

When I finally began adding high quality fats and proteins into my meals my mood stabilized, I could navigate life easier, and I didn’t have to graze all the time.

In 2008 I was in three car accidents in a month. Rear ended twice, and hit by a car on my bike. I went from feeling fine in my body to being in pain in an instant. Everything in my daily interactions felt muted and underwater as I dealt with chronic pain. I struggled to be fully present and engaged with discomfort as a constant companion.

This lead me to becoming a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). With yoga and personal training, I learned how powerful breath and movement are to contributing to calming the nervous system in the moment. As I was changing my habits and committing to showing up I plateaued. From there I discovered I was missing out on how food, lifestyle, and sleep affected how I felt in my body.

One-on-One Nutritional Therapy

Change the way you care for yourself with food. I offer personalized support that helps you learn about the bio-individuality of your nutrition needs and body preferences. I conduct a thorough assessment and collaboratively we then develop a support strategy for change towards your goals.

One-on-One Movement Sessions

What we do will change from session to session. I lead you through strength, recovery, and self-care techniques. We will use breath and mindfulness to explore how to feel and move better, customized to your goals.

Group RESTART Program
