I’m a believer of if you don’t use it you lose it. In today’s world we spend more time than ever sitting. Some people come for relaxation, others strength, recovery, and self-care. I can support you with any or all of these goals.
Depending on your goals and what’s going on in your body and life today will determine how I customize and program what we focus on in each session.
Build strength & mobility
As we age keeping muscle mass is so important to our health and well being. It keeps our body’s safe from falls and injuries. More skeletal muscle mass helps with blood sugar regulation.
Keeping healthy range of motion in the joints and flexibility of the body is also important. We can work with building strength, adding range of motion, hydrating connective tissue all while breathing deeply.
