Step 1
Let’s hop on a 15-minute call! This is a no-obligation opportunity for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit to work together. Why? Because a successful coaching relationship is a two-way street. You’ll tell me more about your goals and concerns, and if nutritional therapy is a good fit, we’ll talk through next steps to get you started.
Step 2
Choose your package. There are options to fit the support you need to implement and stick to nutrition and lifestyle changes. You know your body, life and schedule better than anyone.
Step 3
Let’s do it. Once you’ve chosen a package and the initial paperwork is out of the way, we’ll schedule our kickoff meeting and I’ll send the necessary assessments to complete before our first meeting.

(3 Months)
This 3-month program is designed to a visual snapshot of your baseline health on your symptoms and recommended next steps to get you feeling better.
You can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet. We will identify and create a plan for addressing nutritional imbalances and deficiencies to strengthen your digestive system, support healthy blood sugar regulation, and lifestyle factors.
This package includes a 90 minute comprehensive nutrition consultation, a 60 minute recommendations sessions, and three 60 minute follow-up sessions, with email support between sessions.

(6 Months)
Get long-term, personalized nutrition and lifestyle support, accountability and guidance to prioritize, fine-tune and help keep you on track in every step of the way.
We will identify and create a plan for addressing nutritional imbalances and deficiencies to strengthen your digestive system, support healthy blood sugar regulation, and lifestyle factors.
Recommended for someone with multiple goals, complex concerns, or who thrives with accountability.
This package includes a 90 minute comprehensive nutrition consultation, a 60 minute recommendations sessions, and six 60 minute follow-up sessions, with email support between sessions.

Follow Up Sessions
Sometimes you just need a check in every once in a while to get back on track. After you have completed either a Sprout or Grow Package you can schedule a 60 minute follow-up sessions to figure out where you strayed from your plan.
$150
